Frequently Asked Questions

Can you hold an item for me?

We cannot hold items without payment, as our one-of-a-kind pieces sell quickly. Items will only be secured with payment. You can pay in person at Revival or we can send you a secure, digital invoice via email through Square (a point-of-sale software). You must provide first, last name and an email address to receive a secure link for credit card payments. Payment is required within 24 hours of invoicing. Unpaid invoices will be canceled the next day. You will have 5 days to pick up paid items. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

 

Are your prices negotiable?

In all fairness and to save our time and yours we do not negotiate or cut corners. All items are unique and will be priced according to quality and availability.  We often have sales to move items in order to refresh our inventory!

 

Can you find something specific for me?

Yes, Location is one of our specialty services! If you provide us with your contact information (preferably a cell phone that can receive text messages) we can look out for specific items for you. Provide us with a description, or better yet a picture, of what you're looking for and we will most likely find it! We travel to scout for more inventory each week -- once we find something that meets your description, we will send you pictures, measurements, and a price while on location. Once you are satisfied with what we found, we will send you an invoice via email. Location Service Invoices must be paid immediately (via credit or debit card), before any item is loaded for transport. Unpaid items will not be transported. 

 

Do you take consignment items?

No. We are not a consignment shop. We curate and procure our own items to sell.

I want to create something from your salvage materials, but I'm not handy -- can you build something to order?

Yes! We make custom pieces all of the time using reclaimed wood and other salvaged materials. If you need something built to size or modified in any other way, our in-house carpenter and electrician can make it for you! A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required for all custom, commissioned work. The remaining 50% is due upon completion and pick-up/delivery.

Can you ship to my location?

Yes, we ship our packages using UPS. Please contact us for information regarding large item shipments that may not be covered in our Shipping Policy information located HERE.

Do you deliver items to my location?

We may be able to deliver locally or meet you in between Lancaster, PA, and Stonington, CT. Revival has the right to deny delivery requests.

Where are you located?

Revival curates only authentic farmhouse goods in heart of Lancaster County PA, making them available to you!
